Ports Petroleum Company, Inc. is seeking highly motivated and dynamic sales representatives to join our growing fuel sales team. Are you looking to transition from entry level to the next step in your sales career? If so, we want to hear from you.

The salesperson will manage an existing book of business, prospect customers, and pursue different levels of organizations to close sales. The ideal candidate is motivated, results-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong desire to grow with an expanding company.

Responsibilities

• New account development in current service areas as well as grow new territories
• Maintain and grow existing accounts by visiting customers
• Price orders to customers
• Work with logistics to ensure top service provided to customers
• Learn and operate CRM

Qualifications

• Fuel sales experience is a plus
• Highly motivated, self-starter, with the ability to multitask
• High energy, positive attitude, and determined
• Ability to work well individually, as well as in a team setting
• Ability to learn and retain product specific information
• Ability to perform in a high stress/fast paced environment
• Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to problem solve collaboratively and individually
• Critical thinker with analytical skills to project future customer needs
• Microsoft Office; Excel, email, etc.
• Required travel inside sales territory, roughly 75%
