Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Support Specialist to join our growing fuel team. Are you looking to transition from entry level to the next step in your career? If so, we want to hear from you.

The support specialist will help support the wholesale sales and supply teams. The ideal candidate is motivated, results-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong desire to grow.

Responsibilities

• Corresponding with existing and new customers via phone and email
• Maintaining an accessible and organized filing system for sales and administrative professionals
• Handling all administrative duties for the sales and supply departments, including scheduling client conferences and meetings
• Helping management team members and executives as needed
• Performing data entry duties, including metrics, sales figures, and other key data
• Creating and processing sales in a timely manner
• Expediting requests rush orders and altering sales orders and shipping information as required
• Learning and operating CRM
• Pricing orders to customers
• Working with logistics to ensure top service provided to customers

• Perform normal daily functions associated with sitting at a desk and using a computer
